In the debut episode of our groundbreaking series examining drug use in the UK, we focus on a surge of legal highs in Wolverhampton. We follow 27-year-old Liam over three months as he struggles to overcome his addiction to the synthetic cannabinoid known as "Black Mamba." With the British government planning to ban these legal highs in April, the move reflects growing concerns over the rising prevalence of synthetic substances throughout the country.
